A whole host of festivals are happening across the Winchester district this summer. Make sure you take a short trip out of the city into the beautiful surrounding countryside for a more rural festival vibe.
Visit the pastel painted, Georgian town of Alresford and join in the annual Watercress Festival for a fabulous FREE day out for all the family, celebrating one of Britain’s greatest delights and the town’s famous crop - watercress.

Celebrate the county’s culinary delights by taking part in over 140 different events at dozens of venues across the whole of Hampshire

Listen to opera in the stunning surroundings of Northington Grange, a Greek revival house in the Hampshire Countryside.
University of Winchester's Film Festival runs from the 9 until 11 October with events across the city.
Friday 3 - Sunday 12 July:
Wonderful selling exhibition with opportunity to buy outstanding crafts.
Hold Tight Winchester! Glade looks set to be another exciting, dance fuelled, gala of success. Over the last last five years Glade has successfully lodged itself as one of the best dance musich festivals in Britain, winning an award for best dance music festival in 2008.
